Shipping policy

We offer free shipping worldwide on all orders above 90$. For order below that price, we charge a 10$ flat rate.

We will send you tracking as soon as possible. It usually takes 48 hours, however it may take longer during peak season.

Delivery time take 1,5-4 weeks depending on the international location.

Due to the spread of the global COVID-19 pandemic, deliveries to countries where international flights are temporarily prohibited can take a couple of months or more.

Customs clearance
Some countries do not accept tea packages without exports paperwork. Your tea shipment could be stopped by the customs and sent back to us. We are not responsible for the extra taxes that could be charged when clearing customs at the destination country.

Returns
All sales are currently final, so we do not accept returns.
