Ancient Tea-Horse Road (357g)

High-mountain tea gardens on Da Long Shan (Big Dragon Mountain) in Xishuangbanna — part of China's legendary "Ten Thousand Mu Tea Garden" at 1,800+ meters elevation. Trees planted primarily in the 1970s; the same terroir that supplied Menghai Tea Factory No. 2, the cradle of industrial Shu Pu-erh production.

Harvest: Spring 2020 & 2021. Fermented in Menghai in 2021 under the supervision of Master Zhang Guoming — a 45+ year veteran who worked at Menghai Tea Factory No. 2 until 1981.

Profile: Classic style, medium fermentation. Ready to drink now, with excellent potential for both short-term and decades-long aging.
