Gaba Reset

Continuing our GABA tea experiments, we set out to create a GABA ripe Pu-erh. To achieve this, we developed a new hybrid technology that combines GABA tea production as the base raw material with subsequent fermentation in small baskets. Unlike conventional Pu-erh fermentation, this process differs in that the tea leaves initially undergo fermentation during primary processing.

Does this tea resemble ripe Pu-erh or Liu Bao, or perhaps carry the characteristic notes of raw Pu-erh? There is only a tapestry of sensations: at every moment, in every sip, forming an overall picture of perception — one that will be unique to each person.
