Gaba Reset (Ripe)

Continuing our GABA tea experiments, we set out to create a GABA ripe Pu-erh — a new hybrid technology that combines GABA tea production as the base raw material with subsequent fermentation in small baskets. Unlike conventional Pu-erh fermentation, the tea leaves initially undergo fermentation during primary processing.

Does this tea resemble ripe Pu-erh or Liu Bao, or perhaps carry the characteristic notes of raw Pu-erh? A tapestry of sensations, unique to each person.
