Gao Gong Xiang

The name of this tea can be translated as "Supreme Aroma" or "Aroma Worthy of an Emperor." Although it is a relatively new variety, it has already gained popularity among tea connoisseurs in China. This tea belongs to the Gao Shan (high mountain) category, as its bushes grow at an altitude of over 1000 meters.

The raw material comes from a single family-owned plantation, which has been cultivating tea for about 15 years. The family personally oversees the cultivation, harvesting, and production processes.

Gao Gong Xiang is crafted in a modern style, with light fermentation and no heavy charcoal roasting. This is evident in the leaves, which have visible lighter tips. The taste is soft and refined. Both the aroma and flavor reveal subtle, delicate nuances that unfold gradually.
