Sweet Water

Sweet Water, or "Gān Shuǐ," is a tea made in the Feng Huang Shan area. What sets this tea apart is its unique processing method — an experiment of contrasts: Dan Cong leaves processed using Wuyi-style techniques, with deeper fermentation and more intense charcoal roasting. Essentially, the entire preparation process differs from traditional Dan Cong methods, making this tea a rarity and an experiment each drinker experiences in their own way.
