Tao Hua Xiang Dang Cong

Tao Hua Xiang (Peach Blossom Aroma) is a high-mountain oolong tea grown from trees of the same name in the Fenghuangshan region of Guangdong province. It is a hybrid variety, crafted in a modern style with light fermentation and medium roasting.

Upon tasting, the first impressions are of bright, sweet fruit notes, honeyed undertones, and a slight hoppy edge, with floral accents of osmanthus and lilac in the background. The flavor profile is incredibly smooth, balancing lightness with depth — a dense, honey-like texture with subtle hoppy tones.
