Xian Ren Yang Rou Gui

Xian Ren Yang is one of the most renowned tea-growing cliffs in the region, home to extensive plantations of Rou Gui and a smaller number of Shui Xian plants. We selected Rou Gui from this specific area for its outstanding flavor profile, which significantly surpasses simpler versions of this variety.

Rou Gui from Xian Ren Yang is characterized by a rich aroma and deep flavor — a distinctive combination of woody agar notes and a smooth, almost oily texture. The flavor evolves with each sip: woody agar can transition to camphor, develop into a honeyed floral note, reveal hints of peach, and finish with a subtle spiced astringency.
